While we hope that you will not experience any issues, we understand that occasionally you will. Rest assured that when purchasing QRS, you are covered by a two year or 20,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty is effective from the date of installation of the component.
While QRS does its best to protect you, this warranty is only valid against faults caused by manufacturing or material defects and does not cover failure through general “wear and tear”. Additionally faults arising from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect or accident will not be covered.
In order for the warranty to be valid, it is important that parts have been correctly selected by application from the QRS catalogue and fitted according to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification and service schedules.
